The most basic issue for prayers, meditation and all exercises is to assume and settle into the correct body position, often down to the smallest detail. A slightly curved back or head tilted too far back, facial tension, a slump in the torso (slouching) at the diaphragm, and poorly positioned hands can destroy your spiritual efforts and ruin your practices.
Generally, we advise beginners to keep their bodies straight, look straight ahead (also with their eyes closed), and place their hands symmetrically and elegantly on their laps. The entire body position, whether sitting, standing or lying down, should be relaxed and must be completely symmetrical. The feet are always tucked under each other or firmly on the ground in a sitting position.
In the practices of prayer, invocation and singing, we often place our hands in front of the chest, in front of the Heart, as is traditionally done in all religions founded on Earth. The position must unite us mentally and physically and internally and externally. Joining or clasping the legs together and joining the hands together during the Prayer perfectly reflects the ideal of merging and connecting separated parts.
The chin should be slightly pulled down so that the head is firmly placed on the body and not pathologically separated from the whole body, making involuntary movements forward or sideways, as happens in sick pseudo-meditations. Joining the legs in a standing position involves connecting the feet with the inner edge, but the feet must rest strongly, firmly and stably on the Earth.
The weight of the body in a sitting, standing and lying position falls towards the lower edges of the body as if we were giving in to gravity, and we call it relaxation. Relaxation places the body firmly and securely on the ground, on the Earth, which is very important for psychophysical balance, harmony and peace of mind. At the beginning of their development, many people make tragic mistakes when it comes to sitting, lying, or standing, which results in future ailments, problems and disorders.
Keep yourself straight, sit or kneel symmetrically, be a well-positioned person, physically and mentally stable, keep your feet firmly on the Earth when you walk, walk confidently, act confidently, and you will certainly become stronger. Your body posture gives an image of your mental state, and mental breakdowns are the instability of your body while sitting or standing in Prayer or Meditation.
You need to settle down stably and stay in the prayer and contemplation position, first at least a quarter cycle, 12 minutes (and this is a small Heart Rhythm), then 24 minutes or 48 minutes, which gives a Full Cycle of the ancient meditative round of spiritual and mental exercises. Many authentic Masters even very sharply and firmly require correcting the position for contemplative exercises and even modest relaxation while lying down.
Deceivers and false prophets do not care about the correct body position at all, allowing people to pray, meditate or do breathing exercises in any position, and the hunched silhouettes of the adepts prove that apart from the confusion of reason, they will achieve exactly nothing. Correction of weaknesses and defects of the psyche and mind is largely possible with the help of finding the right posture and body position, by learning prayer and meditation ASANAS, which is the basis of every authentic system or so-called paths of spiritual practices and exercises.
Sitting in a crouched, hunched, as if the broken position is something so harmful that one can predict the path of decline or psychosis that will overwhelm a person who so badly and tragically begins even thought exercises, such as confirmations or affirmations, or some simple prayer, such as the Christian “Our father”. By the way, we always highly recommend such Prayers that turn a person towards God, towards the Supreme Being. We recommend “Our Father” to Christians, “Fatiha” to Muslims, and “Glory to the Buddhas” to Buddhists!
The kneeling position for Prayer, traditional in the West, used by Christian churches, is also recommended, and in the Orient, we call it the Camel stance, although the hands should be folded in front of the Heart, with the fingers up, and both knees and both feet should be placed firmly on the Earth to hold each other tightly and stably and straighten the back and torso upwards!
When we want to undertake significant training in internal, spiritual development, we must look for a good Teacher and Master (GURU), from whose hands we will personally receive Initiation to the Path of Spiritual Development, because the Eternal Path, the Spiritual Path begins from the moment of accepting Initiation from the hands of the Spiritual Teacher, Master Guide, GURU, Sadguru, and if we have not received Initiation, we are certainly not on the Path.
Spiritual practice, especially the practice of any YOGA without the protection of initiation, is one of the most harmful and pathologically widespread errors in the West in the field of Spirituality and Internal Development. If you want to verify the authenticity of the lineage of Yoga teaching, ask about the possibility of receiving Initiation, and if there is no such thing, run away from a fraudster pretending to be a Yogi or Mystic.
Initiation usually requires some preparation and is given in the form of a ritual, a ceremonial reception and consecration, an election, and an outpouring of the Spirit on the Initiate of the Path. The lack of Initiatory transmission is the best sign of pseudo-spiritual, fraudulent pseudo-mystical and pseudo-yogic schools created by boastful frauds and deceivers with nothing of value to offer and lead people astray.
The Initiatory Bond must be developed and strengthened because it is the guarantor of Enlightenment and Liberation. If the initiating teacher ceases his activity, turns away from the Community, or goes bankrupt, we immediately go to another Initiating Teacher with a request to reinitiate and verify the last transmission and to continue the teaching, of course within the same Community. This will prevent us from being dragged down by someone who has tripped and stopped Leading.
When the Initiate leaves the Teacher and abandons the Initiatory Path without the personal consent and blessing of the GURU, it means the soul falls into darkness and gloom, and such abandonment is quite a common spiritual disease of people of Western civilisation. This is an inappropriate, very bad attitude, indicating a confusion of reason, a disease of the soul and mind, because it leads to destruction and perdition.
Receiving Initiation is accepting the Eternal Vow of communion with God and participating in the Community of Guru’s Disciples, and we must remember that there are not many Spiritual Masters who can initiate people and accept them on the Path of Spiritual Development.
Whoever cannot initiate and does not initiate people is certainly not a GURU, a Spiritual Master, and we know many very famous frauds who have nothing to do with Yoga, Mysticism and Spirituality. We will recognise them by the lack of ritual and transmission of Spiritual Initiations, usually four, seven or twelve! Keep a good and right position and pray to a good, authentic Teacher, it is a very good job for those interested. Whoever sincerely seeks GOD, God will send a GURU from whose hands he will receive Spiritual Initiation. Never abandon such a GURU!
A few words about the development of Consciousness and purification.
Many people ask themselves what this internal, spiritual development is, what this so nobly praised awakening or enlightenment is. Yoga and the entire spiritual culture of the Orient, Jaina, Hindu, Buddhist, and Taoist, talks about Consciousness, about ĆITTAM as what is worked on and developed. Ćittam is the ability to understand, learn, and become aware of processes and phenomena as well as the mechanisms behind them. Ćittam is Consciousness, the ability to understand things, grasp phenomena, and grasp and embrace more things, matters, people and phenomena. Ćittam is our Spirit, Consciousness, Feeling and Understanding, which allows us to explore, study, know and describe correctly, accurately and truly. Ćittam is a Field of Intelligent Energy that knows or is a flow of information, as we might put it today. If we are Aware of something, we see it, we know it, we understand the causes and effects of it, then we say that we are conscious of it, we are Aware. The more we embrace, see, feel and understand, the more aware we are. Unfortunately, negative and unpleasant experiences suppress Consciousness, which is the Light, the Field of the Soul and the Self. Therefore, the negative noise of impressions and experiences must be silenced and calmed down so that VṚTTI (negativity) does not appear or be born in us. This enables the purification and release of the Energy of Consciousness and causes its growth and intensification, i.e. what we call Spirit Development, Spirit Growth (Ćittam).
The Element of Ćit is the Essence, the Core of the human being and every form of existence, and species of beings differ in the degree of development and evolution of Consciousness. Ćittam is the research and cognitive function of the Soul Self, one could say the Sensing Mind, which manifests itself as the ability to feel oneself, one’s existence, and the ability to realise, know and understand! The purpose of existence in a human body is to purify and develop Consciousness until reaching the state of Consciousness that Devas, Angels with their Divine Mind, which is the Common Higher Self, have. SUTRAMA MANAS, the Higher Self, the Higher Mind, also known as the Common Consciousness, the Common Divine Mind of all awakened and enlightened Beings. Several Enlightened Beings will always quickly find Consensus and Agreement because their Higher Self is one and the same Common Self. Ćittam is Consciousness, and the greater the ability and power to understand things and phenomena, the more developed Consciousness is usually. Ćittam, encompassing only the material, physical world, is always at a lower level of evolution and development than Ćittam, encompassing and knowing the higher, subtle and spiritual world.
Consciousness purifies and develops, evolves to higher and higher levels of development through subsequent incarnations of people on Earth, and sometimes, it degrades and pollutes itself until it is destroyed. We are interested in freeing Ćittam from negativity, darkness, gloom and chaos so that there can be a flowering of Consciousness, an epiphany of energy and power that knows and understands. Man is unaware of so many things, phenomena and mechanisms, even on the physical plane, that there is and will be no end to the development of Consciousness, and entering the Higher Level means opening new research and cognitive horizons. As the Masters of the East teach, you need to focus on learning daily, researching and studying physics and metaphysics for the rest of your life because the Way of Development is Infinite, and each end here means a different fall and degradation. We only know opening new chambers and areas of knowledge for the Soul, Self and its tools such as reason, intuition or eye. Ćittam is more and more feeling and understanding, more and more ability or Power of Cognition, and spiritual, internal development is Ćittam Development!
The Soul, the Self, which in Essence is Man, is like a Researcher, a Viewer, an Observer, what perceives, registers and experiences all events and phenomena of life in us. Instead of the Viewer, it could be better said “Experiencer”, the one who experiences and experiences and Yoga calls this Being the Inner Man, the DRASHTA, the Viewer because he registers and remembers everything that happens in life, both events, feelings and thoughts. Drashta is the totality of experiences we become aware of with our Consciousness. RESEARCHER would perhaps be the best expression of the concept of DRASHTA (Viewer, Observer) in Western languages. A Drashta is someone who investigates, observes, and sees, but with all possible senses and with all the power of intuition and reason, in a very enlightened, comprehensive and active way. Drashta is a keen seeker, experimenter, researcher, discoverer, and by no means a passive, suppressed or turned-off person. Drashta is also ideally rendered with the terms Witness, God’s Witness, and Truthful, and the root of the word itself indicates the activity of seeing and perceiving, which is also extrasensory but true.
The most important yoga practice for beginners is DRASHTUH SVARUPA, i.e., proper self-perception, self-understanding, and self-esteem appropriate to reality, neither too high nor too low. Perceiving yourself, observing and examining your own self (subconsciousness) and breaking through to its Original Shape (Svārūpa) is an elementary and essential work for all beginners. We purify the negativity (VṚTTI) until it ceases to arise in us, and we examine exactly what our Original Self is, what it looks like, and what we were when we were created by the Divine Parental Couple (Śivaśakti, Elohim, Jahvah Shekinah). Vṛttis are unreal productions of the subconscious, waves of negative reactions that generally fall into three categories: fear, anger and, pride, and anything similar to or related to these three. The name VṚTRA is the name of a demon (daimonion), the enemy of the King of Heaven, INDRA, i.e. the Mighty One, the Warrior (Holy Warrior), who can be compared with Archangel Michael. Vṛtti is understood as the negativities sown in human Consciousnesses by the demon (asuraḥ) Vṛtra, and these are malice, phobias and boastings, in three categories. Cleansing the Consciousness from negative phenomena, freeing from states of panic, anxiety, fear and worries, freeing from malice, jealousy and fury, and freeing from pride, arrogance, elegy, contempt, and disregard is the first, basic work that a Yoga Novice tries to do, and we usually call it a calming of the Self (Dṛshta) or therapeutic release, liberation from negative psychic waves.
Freeing ourselves from negative-malignant psychic waves, controlling the Vṛtti that disturb the Consciousness of the Viewer (Self) is done using one basic method, which is the sense of Self as the Observer of experiences, as if we had separated ourselves from the psychic waves and identifying with the Original Nature, with the Shape of the Self, which is Light or a Symbol, by becoming aware of yourself as an Inner Man, as a Viewer of events, a Witness, and not a person involved in negative experiences. Otherwise, when we engage in negative impulses, we become them, so to speak, thus strengthening, increasing and developing them. We get rid of negative waves of experiences by delving into ourselves and becoming ourselves, and leaving the waves of negativity to flow and pass away without involving the Observer. The Yoga of Consciousness is a state in which the Vṛtti (Negativity) does not appear at all, does not arise in us and does not take over us. Then evil and demons have no access to us from the inside and lose control over us, and the philosophy of the Greek Sages calls this state ATARAXIA!
About the five types of mental negativity that poison the Self.
The masters who guard the secret and eternal secrets of Yoga and Tantra also talk globally about five types of negativity (Vṛttis), which are divided into non-troublesome demonicities and burdensome demonicities, and of course, they operate with three categories of emotions, i.e. fear, anger and pride. Pramana is Assessment, View, Valuation, Opinion, i.e. Cognitive Measure. Refraining from hasty and erroneous judgments and opinions that have no connection with reality is the very basic Advice of the Wise Men for humanity. By wrongly judging others or producing wrong views in the field of science, nutrition, and technology, enormous damage is caused, and therefore, they are harmful, burdensome (Klishta) Vṛttis! Saying that with what measure you measure, you will be measured against, and with what judgment you judge, you will be judged means that our harmful opinions, assessments and views always turn against us! Pramana is thinking that evaluates, forms opinions about or judges other people, things, phenomena and the situation of the seen world! Ṛshi (Sūfî, Sages, Saints) say that the worst Vṛtti in the field of pramana is to call evil good and good evil and that such a reversal (derailment) of judgment is one of the greatest harmfulness or nuisance (Klishta).
Seeing things correctly, sound judgment, balanced view, and correct views are, therefore, the key points to obtain the liberation of the Consciousness, the Self, from all Vṛtti. The means of knowledge and the measures of judgment (discernment) are Eyesight, Thought and Learning because Pratyaksha is knowledge and view from an eye examination of a matter or phenomenon, Anumana is deep thinking through and consideration of a thing or matter in one’s Mind, and Agamah is information, knowledge or an accepted relationship from the Authorities who are Sages, Knowers of the Truth. If a person is unsure of the truthfulness of an assessment, judgment or view, he should not express or spread them or cling to them as fact or truth because this will be a nuisance to the Consciousness and darken the Self. Instead of grasping or producing uncertain judgments or opinions, let’s verify them using three methods: by visual inspection with a glass and eye, by thoroughly thinking and considering the topic from various sides, and by seeking knowledge from reliable authorities, especially spiritual ones, in areas that cannot be verified using the previous two methods.
Pramana also means Primordial or Ancient Thought or Idea, and in the field of precognition and intuition, this is the so-called first feeling, the first report in the field of observation of a fact and the deepest experience or awareness of an object, essence or issue. This assessment is the assessment of the student at school by the teacher, the judgment issued by the court, the assessment of people and phenomena made by the press or media, and the scientist’s research conclusions. Errors in this matter bring perhaps the greatest harm to humanity, and the assessment of the effectiveness of a drug by a fraudster is also a fatal tragedy for many sick people! Reasoning is a very subtle field, and correcting people’s erroneous views, whether due to a mirage, inventing senseless things in reverie, or receiving incorrect knowledge from a false authority, is a very delicate field. People fight most fiercely to maintain sick, erroneous and fundamentally false views and opinions, even though it would be better if they defended the TRUTH. Assessments and judgments may also be harmless if they are momentary and do not affect either the person himself or his surroundings. Not giving birth to Vṛtti means not learning and not producing wrong and false views, judgments and opinions. The Self, the Viewer, observes and examines, but is in no hurry to conclude until he knows the Truth!
VIPARYAYA is nonsense and fantasies with no connection with reality, that is, simply speculation and opinion, a false work of imagination that has no connection with a specific situation or with the truth about a higher spiritual field. It is thinking in the clouds or inventing non-existent events that mislead oneself or others. Idle fantasising, falsely falling in love with non-existent or unattainable persons, cheating, deceiving, deluding and talking about it as reality – all these belong to the harmfully wandering mind.
VIKALPA means being without any connection with time and place, unreality and non-concreteness, and this is a terrible defilement because it leads to a serious departure from real life and the spirit of the times. While Viparyaya deviates from the eye-witnessed fact, Vikalpa deviates from his own internal values and attitudes, and a person becomes like a flag in the wind. This is a denial of oneself and one’s essence, ignoring the needs and aspirations resulting from the rhythm or cycle of time! Vikalpa means using the wrong words and meanings, misperceiving what others say and do, clinging to words and not understanding concepts and time references. Vikalpa is also a morbidly literal understanding of holy writings and teachings by taking words and sentences out of context and content and arbitrarily juggling words!
While Viparyaya is erroneous knowledge, intellectual gibberish, and lack of understanding of things and phenomena, leading to the formulation of erroneous hypotheses (e.g. materialistic Darwinism or geocentrism), Vikalpa is the misinterpretation of other people’s behaviour, words or gestures towards a person with such a distorted mind. Presenting things and phenomena in a completely different, fictitious way than what they are is Viparyaya. Misunderstanding someone’s intentions based on incorrectly and tendentiously or fragmentarily understood words is Vikalpa.
Nidra is a state above the Self, above oneself, a non-self state. The lack of Self, the blurring of personality boundaries so that we do not notice what is happening in place and time, as if we did not exist or were absent, is another nuisance in many cases. Too much dissolution in bliss and void (Abhava) leads to the state of Nidra, Selflessness, neither waking nor dreaming, absence, but when it hinders functioning and practical life, it is Klishta, Nuisance. Feeling and receiving Vacuum and Bliss, Abhava cannot turn into a burdensome state for the surroundings and oneself. The word Nidra also means Empty Sleep without Dreams, and receiving and feeling the Void of this emptying of the dream sphere is the support and the cause. Generally, we get rid of egotism, but we do not destroy the Self to be able to react consciously and vigilantly. We cannot be selfless and absent from our Consciousness because Consciousness is what it is. Abhava Pratyaya leads to the purification of phenomena during dreams. Pratyaya is the practice of feeling and receiving impressions with the Heart and Feeling, and we absorb all the negativity of the dreaming time into the Void, treating it as good dream fun!
Smṛtih is a remembrance of memories, a record of events and experiences from our entire life, and it is indeed the wealth of our biography and even the memory of generations of an entire nation or race! We dissolve all old negative and unpleasant, harmful memories in the atom of the element, in the point or cleanse them with the energy of the element so that they are absorbed and inactivated, losing their harmful impact. The Vṛtti of memory are written in the cells of the body (in the genes), and a thorough transformation is needed at the cellular level to cleanse and free the Memory from all bad memories, traumas and experiences. Freeing memory from bad impressions is probably the main work on karma and fate.
The Fivefold Path of Purification and Release.
Freeing oneself from the negativity and nuisance that is Vṛtti has two stages, and the first is the removal of Klishtah Vṛtti, i.e. Troublesome, Harmful Psychic Negativity. You could say it is a rough cleansing of the mirror of the Mind, the Self. The second phase is even more difficult because we remove Negativity (Vṛtti) that is not bothersome and harmless, and many people lack motivation and often do not undertake this important phase of removing the subtle veil of Aklishtah Vṛtti. The subtle fivefold silencing of Consciousness and tearing away the veils of the Self is like the second half of the initial work of the Yoga Novice. The guiding idea of spiritual practice, which says that Yoga is the Non-birth of Negative waves of Consciousness and the settling of the Viewer (Self) in its own Nature, has, therefore, two sides of the coin: a bothersome, external one and a subtle, non-troublesome, internal one.
The so-called Fivefold Path determines five aspects, or rather degrees, of freeing Consciousness from Negativity, symbolically represented as a Five-pointed Star, symbolising the Hermetic, Esoteric Way everywhere under the sun. The Five Rays of the Star also symbolise the purification of the five material senses and organs of action, namely smell, taste, sight, touch and hearing, as well as the organs of movement (legs), reproduction (womb), excretion (anus), action (hands) and speech (tongue). Memory (Smṛti) most determines all our organs of action, because it causes clinging to what is liked and avoiding what is unpleasant, determines our actions, speech and thinking, as well as eroticism and directions of movement in life. The five distortions concern the Heart and the Soul, symbolised by the syllable Yah, and the views, opinions, and assessments are external to the Centre of Consciousness, I, the Self, which is the Observer. The syllable Yam with a short “a”, giving a sound similar to Yom/Yem, stimulates the Soul, the Self in the Heart to be active and throw off the veils of darkness created by the dark Vṛtti, both disastrous (troublesome) and subtle or non-troublesome (Aklishtah). Even the Polish word Self (Jaźń – Yazn, pronounced a bit like Yajn – comment transl.), when we pronounce it so that the sounds “ź” and “ń” merge, is a creative vibration that awakens Consciousness and releases the Viewer (Drashtuh) in the Heart.
The second and more internal veil is Viparyaya, fantasising and wandering not based on facts and reality, i.e. erroneous hypotheses in science and medicine, fraudulent theories, political lies, all manipulation of public opinion and indoctrination devoid of truth and fact. Knowledge about manipulating public opinion and the mechanisms of creating gossip or slander helps to resist Viparyaya and teaches you to recognise the entire human mithyajnana, i.e., erroneous knowledge, cognitive error and misunderstanding. Wrong knowledge about erotic life and religion instilled in children at school is probably the greatest plague contaminating the Self, the Soul of man. Of course, incorrect knowledge of pseudoscientific hypotheses such as church geocentrism or lies about the alleged harmfulness of the so-called sects, which are, in fact, the Spiritual Vanguard of the Planet and the mainstay of the Progress of Civilization, are also myths about harmful effects in the social and individual dimension! With the help of propagating Viparyayas, wrong knowledge, sick knowledge, outstanding healers, writers and poets, artists were burned at the stake as witches, and with the help of introducing false information through political propaganda, racism, chauvinism, nationalism, attacks on other countries such as Poland, Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan or Iraq, and this is the favourite method of Goebbels’ fascists. All this extinguishes and kills the Spirit of Consciousness in people because a strong Spirit is an awakened Consciousness, freed from veils and obscuration. Arguing and proving the validity of militarism, geocentrism, and Darwinism is nothing more than producing error and madness. All hypotheses about the superiority of the white race (racism, apartheid), the superiority of Catholic ideology and papal infallibility, or the eternal virginity of the alleged Mary, mother (of God), are nothing more than fundamentally erroneous and false knowledge, fantasies of the sick imagination of racist psychopaths, a perfect example of Viparyaya in the teachings and theology of the Pharisees. The dissemination of false and untrue information by the press, radio, and television, i.e. mass media, is an example of malicious psycho-manipulation of society, an ideal image of mass Viparyaya. Advertisements promoting harmful and pathogenic food products are also examples of harmful, erroneous knowledge and morbid mythomania of people eager for profit at all costs. Spreading lies about the global threat of alleged terrorism is also selling Viparyaya completely wrong knowledge and false information in the Goebbels style because such a campaign is aimed at increasing police control and violence over society. Telling society that it has to pay taxes to the so-called state, is also socially harmful psycho-manipulation because societies in which there is no fiscal and customs system function much better. This is an attempt to enforce an economic system based on exploitation and violence, and Freedom and Liberty and Voluntariness is the Truth! Viparyaya is a layer of impurities that is based on wrong knowledge, which is a distortion of Reality and Truth, a false fantasy, and all this garbage must be removed from the mind and caused to stop being born. Then, we will experience the second epiphany of Consciousness. Yet the most harmful Viparyayas include the belief that a woman’s place is in pots, diapers and laundry, or some phobias against condoms by satanic pseudo-religions or prohibitions on sexual intercourse without the certificate of some priest or ayatollah! Millions of people have to heal their psyche because Viparyaya claims that sex is evil, sinful or harmful. So, let’s observe and eliminate each Mithya effectively! And this is a confusion of reason and living a false teaching!
The third, middle veil of obscurity and chaos is Vikalpa, and this is picking on words, fragments of sentences and misunderstanding concepts. If we do not understand and do not know what God is, then in connection with the word God, we will produce a whole lot of insane and false views, images and opinions. Emptying yourself of erroneous concepts and associations is one of the enormous tasks and issues that a Novice of the Way of Yoga must work through if he wants to enable Consciousness to awaken, to have an epiphany! The use of outdated concepts and views that are incompatible with modern times, i.e. social conservatism, is one of the more morbid Vikalpa. Attributing positive meanings to people who are in fact criminals and genociders, such as General Pinochet (executioner of the Chilean nation) or Józef Piłsudski (executioner of the Polish nation, murderer of thousands of Jews and Orthodox Christians), is to confuse good and evil by reversing the scale of values, and this is very Vikalpa in its nasty nature. When the media creates a GURU as someone and something evil, it is a Vikalpa that destroys the entire nation mentally and spiritually because the Guru, in its essence, is the Divine Principle Guiding Always Well in the sense of the Absolute. Maliciously using the word GURU to refer to singers, drug addicts or mafia bosses is a deliberate act to produce Vikalpa, a confusion of meanings, to destroy people seeking God. The word GURU is Sacred, and its true Sacred Meaning should always be maintained because the First and Supreme GURU is God, and those who speak ill of GURU are actually corrupt Satans with evil and sick minds. The wrong word is “Vatican”, because no matter how you look at it, it means a Roman, bloodthirsty demon in mythology! The interested person can check in every serious textbook on the history of Roman religion that the “Vatican” is a very evil and harmful demon to which, on the hills where the sect building stands today, a living virgin was sacrificed every day as a burnt offering. The Vatican has always been something bloodthirsty and demonic, pseudo-religious because how can burning women alive at the stake, counting in millions of victims, be a good thing? The Vatican is the centre of great evil because 365 corpses of women burned alive every year for a thousand years are such an enormity of evil that there is nothing good to be found in this concept or word. Correcting the values and meanings of words is very important. A Satanist is certainly not a good person since the very concept of Satan means the embodiment of evil; one cannot be deceived or charmed into believing that being a Satanist has something good in him. Good is the Ideal, GURU, and using this word, even as a concept, purifies Intuition and guides, brings man closer to God, because the word GURU means the True and Living God and God-Conscious people, adopted by God, i.e. Sons and Daughters of God, who fulfil God’s Will and they act in God’s name, and therefore everything they do, say and think is Divine, Good. Dealing with a dozen or so Vikalpas is already a fairy-tale revolution in human consciousness and a catharsis comparable to the purification experienced by the Guardians of the Holy Sepulchre, who saw in Jerusalem not Mary, the Mother of Jesus, as an object of cult and adoration, but Mary Magdalene, the Spouse of Jesus and the Annunciator of Resurrection. They rightly founded the Temple Order and guarded the Mystery of Christianity, the faith of Abraham, Jesus and Mary Magdalene, who was the first to announce: Kyrie Eleison, the Lord is Risen. Calling evil good and good evil is the worst, most filthy deception, Vikalpa, from which the mind must be quickly cured.
The fourth layer of negativity contamination is NIDRA, and this is primarily the sphere of dreaming because Vṛtti Nidra is bad dreams! Bad Dreams, but also bad Dream Visions, such as visits from astral guests in black (men in black), in a tailcoat and top hat, and listening to them, or praying to them, because astral beings in black are evil forces, very compelling demons, often leading to suicide and destruction if one comes under their guidance and influence. The same applies to the so-called greys, i.e. creatures with greyish skin which produce light phenomena, abductions, fertilisation and implantations that often cause mental disorders. Kidnapping, usually of an ethereal body, making a vision of cosmic and luminous scenery, fertilisation using rape, implanting something in the brain that is semi-material in nature, is malicious violence of evil, Luciferian demons and you should not in any way submit yourself to their power, nor the management, because many people have already ended very badly this way. These are not aliens, but demonic guests from higher, astral dimensions and they have the most evil intentions to destroy and deceive humanity. The point is to turn people away from God and direct them towards receiving the influence of these evil, greyish-greenish creatures, ruthlessly using robbery and violence on the Soul of Man. Dreams and Dream Visions about the destruction of all humanity are also harmful messages in the Nidra sphere, and you need to empty yourself from them, just like from all other nightmares. Concentration on Emptiness and Bliss removes negativity, but it can also blur the boundaries of the Self, and you need to be careful not to overdo it. Concentrating on the white “A” sign used by Yoga Novices also helps clear the dream sphere of negative and nightmarish dream experiences. The sound “A” in the Holy Language of Angels, which is Sanskrit, is the sound and sign of releasing, rejecting and purifying negativity and defilements and has been used as a practical exercise for Dream Yoga Novices since ancient times. Drashta is a Viewer, an Observer, an Alert and a Conscious Being because a Witness must vigilantly perceive with all his senses. The state of being as if in a dream, where we are as if unconscious and lose alertness and attention, we drift off somewhere in meditation and we do not know what is happening to us and around us, which is also yogic Nidra of a harmful kind, must be cured, because it is the destruction of Consciousness. Yogis expand and awaken Consciousness, so such harmful phenomena should be treated and not allowed to fall into them. The ideal medicine to break out of narcoleptic Vṛtti Nidra is a painful blow to a large area of the back muscles, which definitely brings the person back to Reality and Alertness. This is a commonly used method against Dreams in Meditation in the East and rarely used in the West, which causes a large number of delusions, illusions and illusory departures, the so-called highs, the meditation sickness of the entire New Age. And this is the guy in the top hat and tails revealing something, and this is the grey ones who have a message for humanity. These are the voices speaking from the afterlife, and this is Izabela (Jezebel), crazy because of mistakes in practice and an erotomaniac who lies that her Holy Guru is Satan because he does not want to satisfy her sick fantasies and sexual ideas. Then again, she dreamed of a UFO flight, and the grey man banned contact with the Guru and told her to be “independent”! This is all a psychedelic disease of Nidra Vṛttis, Dreamy, Freaky Negativity, very dirty in the fourth inner sphere of Mind. Abhava Pratyaya – Perception, Feeling of Bliss and Emptiness in connection with Dream Experiences of Negativity, unfortunately not necessarily only very troublesome, but also seemingly harmless, is a very valuable and recommended medicine here. We dissolve all experienced phenomena in the VACUUM OF SPACE, from which we derive Bliss. This is, in short, the whole picture of the practice process in which we must be particularly Alert, Conscious, Sober and Aware. States after using hallucinogenic drugs are also classified as sick Nidra Vṛtti, illusory negativities, even if they do not seem to be troublesome and even seem to be pleasant. In the life of Yogis, there is no place for drug intoxication and hallucinations, even alcoholic ones. Drugs (peyote, ayahuasca) poison and completely destroy this fourth area, causing the soul to shroud in Darkness! Similarly, there are states of alcohol intoxication, both delirium tremens and just a slight so-called exhilaration!
The fifth sphere is Smṛtih, and the first is Pramana, i.e. Memory and Judgment, View. Of course, the type of Smṛtih depends on Pramana, what it retains in memory as an image of memories, behaviours, concepts and knowledge of generations. That’s why we work with Pramana at the beginning to straighten out the simplest concepts and with Smṛtis at the end, because we have to undergo the purification of the Self thoroughly, verifying not only individual experiences of a traumatic and unpleasant nature but also we have to transform the mind in the sphere of the memory of generations of ancestors, the legacy of parents and grandparents and a sick culture or rather social pseudo-culture. The erroneous and fundamentally false Agamah, repeated for a thousand years of the Roman occupation of Poland, because the authorities of the Roman faith are sick and contaminated with a multitude of erroneous dogmas, is verified not only when a Pole begins to learn Oriental Religious Wisdom by becoming a Buddhist or Hindu, but also during a simple action of a thorough reading of the Bible, or rather the Gospel, banned and burned at the stake by the papacy. One immediately discovers that the Teaching of Christ and the Apostles is something completely different and distinct from the dogmatic heresy of the papal, Roman, pseudo-religious sect of a political and militaristic nature! Such a correction of Agamah, the Transmission of Religious Knowledge, changes human life and consciousness completely and a person, immediately learning the Truth about Christ, Mary Magdalene and the Apostles, abandons the ideologically insane dogmas of the papal sect and its sick customs.
However, adopting a new and true View and Judgment is one thing, and thoroughly freeing the mind from old habits and behaviours recorded in the Memory of Generations about Minds distorted by a thousand years of ideological papal occupation is another, much deeper and more difficult matter. To deeply cleanse Memory of ingrained and fixed errors, habits, addictions and customs, we need strong practice, not just superficial and short-term. Long periods of constant and strong practice and periods of very intense retreats based on Yoga exercises are undoubtedly advisable and necessary for people. Purification of Memory requires an even organic transformation at the cellular or genetic level, as stated in Vedic Knowledge. Patterns of concepts, thoughts, images and memories embedded in Memory are like a seed, a weed seed sown in the ground, from where it constantly grows and bears fruit, and this is where we begin the so-called agricultural rhythm of practice with constant ploughing, sowing and reaping until only the Good Seed without weeds is in the soil of our Self!
All five, Pramana, Viparyaya, Vikalpa, Nidra and Smṛti, are the great Fivefold or Five-step work that the Novice does on himself, on his Self, to stop the birth and production of negativity and settle Inside and become Himself, in order, as we say, to discover one’s inner self and find own Self, answer the Great Question “Who am I” (Sansk. Ko-Ham). Remembering God, remembering the Divine as the Sūfî do, and remembering who we were as souls when God created us is another good, Heart-Opening process. This is an Enormity of basic work to be done and a great Difficulty for the Sadhaka (Practitioner) who wants to walk the Eternal Path. We feel sorry for those who shun spiritual practice even though they have received Initiation from the hand of the GURU and are already on the Path of Initiations and Blessings. Truly, they will not go much further without a deep transformation of the Self, the Mind, and without ploughing the Field of Memory, and sowing the right views and reaping Good Fruits. All the grain, the material of the memories of Memory, must be released until the Memory of God and Heaven awakens and man is freed from addictions and bad habits and harmful tendencies and all trauma. It can be said that the entire basic work on oneself to achieve Yoga, Energetic Unification with the Will of God, consists of Five Stages, of Five Cycles, however, the First Cycle, Pramana, itself contains three stages of Purification and Transformation, so we talk about it as about the stages of Preparing a Pilgrim for the Path. The small three-phase cycle of Pramana is like an adaptation and basic correction of the surface of the Self and its Crown, the Complement is the correction by the Spiritual Transmission of Knowledge Revealed by the Masters of Wisdom, by the Guru, and this is Agamah! Unfortunately, both the physical, sensual Immediacy, Pratyaksha, as well as the brilliant thoughts and reflections of natural researchers (Anumana), are unable to prepare a person for the Path, because without Agamah, accepting the Message of the Master of Wisdom, Guru, Revelation, it is never possible to complete the work of Pramana, straightening and correcting Views, Beliefs, Ideals, Judgments, Opinions! Without Agamah, the Guru’s Message, people always err and will continue to err and cannot even complete the First Degree of Initiation of the Self, the Soul! Especially the work on the more subtle and non-troublesome part called Aklishta Vṛtti is very difficult, impossible to complete without GURU DEVA! Every authentic Spiritual Teacher teaches about everything we say and write here, and if someone claims to be a Master, Grand Master or Guru, the Creator of the Spiritual Path, and does not clearly teach all this, then he has no connection with any Yoga, Hermetics or Esotericism and is just a filthy ignorant, a fraud.
Abhyasa – Intensive Practice and Liberation.
We achieve a higher degree of containing negativity, not giving birth to Vṛttis, through the process of Abhyasa and Vairagya, which is both a strong, constant and persistent spiritual practice and a process of releasing attachments, habits and patterns of functioning. The constancy and strength of Vairagyam cultivation are very important because the subtle habits, attachments and superstitions of the Dark Ages can tear a human being out of Practice and return him to the mud and puddle from which he came. Ragya, for example, is the habit of smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol at parties where others drink just because others do so. Ragya is the habit of sending a young boy to the army to become a primitive psychopath with a tendency to kill. There are lots of Ragyas like eating at a certain time for lunch just because our parents told us it was necessary. Ragya is a world of attachments and conditions, sometimes quite pleasant or seemingly pleasant, which, however, bind and suppress our Self, making one a slave of the social system, a slave of political power, or a victim of advertising of toxic social products, such as margarine, which create harmful and deadly cholesterol. Vairagyam means the state of the Self, the Soul free from enslavement, the Viewer (Drashta), who does not express judgments and assessments conditioned by his customs, habits, dependencies and passions! Just because you like playing chess doesn’t mean it’s good for everyone, and everyone has to play chess.
The fact that someone is used to living on your back, extorting tribute from you in the form of some tax, does not mean you have any obligation to pay such an exorbitant. A Liberated Man has greater freedom of functioning, and Vairagyam is a transition from the number of degrees of freedom on the plane to the number of degrees of freedom in space and the Fourth or Five Dimensions. Sexual liberation from the medieval, oppressive dogmatic madness, which exterminates all manifestations of erotic freedom, is a great Spiritual Impulse sent from God to human minds to purify and free souls from dogma and mental enslavement. Social habits and various taboos are generally also social diseases and social psychopathologies. Therapeutically, in the beginning, we often talk about giving up harmful, although often pleasant, addictions and habits, but the disease called patriotism means that for years, a person cannot learn the language of the country to which he will go to work, instead of abandoning old habits of linguistic communication and learning new ones. The various nostalgias that torment emigrants for their parents’ land are just Ragya disease, which needs to be treated, cured and professionally cleansed. In the practical area of human life, people should learn to separate from those who die and those who leave human partnerships and love relationships. When love leaves, a person must be able to say goodbye to it quickly and efficiently and forget it, freeing themselves from the attachments and longings it gave birth to. And so pure, open yourself to a greater, better and more wonderful love. If someone left, he obviously didn’t deserve me, but there is someone better and more wonderful for me. This good development program allows you to effectively let go of your attachments to someone who leaves, dies or abandons you. Vairagyam is a state of Detachment in the sense that we are in relationships and situations, and if necessary, we immediately dissolve them so that they pass into a state of non-existence, and we increase the Energy and Potential of Freedom and Liberty.
Vairagyam, the Sages describe as Gratitude for what has been and Openness to what will be. Openness to the Future and Acceptance of what is happening is Vairagya, and Religion calls it Release, Liberation because the situation disappears when its conditions disappear, although sometimes it is difficult because someone deliberately creates for us, e.g. conflictual and quarrelsome situations, but Vairagin will get rid of them quickly. The basic process is Vairagyabhyam, and this is freeing oneself from conditions and habits motivated by anxiety, fear, worries or apprehensions about one’s existence, livelihood, job or position. You could say that the dissolution of attachments is created based on prosaic existential fears. People acting from a point of freedom from fear and anxiety are considered Fearless Heroes and Vairagyam practices are often called Fearless training. After all, continuing Spiritual Practice without fear and anxiety and often in spite of the pressure of the environment is also training in Vairagyam and the Fearlessness of the human Self! Abhyasins are Fearless and Persistent aspirants who constantly practise and certainly do not abandon their work. Whoever gives up the Path because of some fear and runs away from the Guru at the first reprimand for mistakes was not yet an Abhyasin. Whoever has problems with regular practice systematically is only an occasional, seasonal employee of the Lord’s Vineyard and is certainly not an Abhyasin, and Vairagyam is difficult to achieve without Abhyasa because it is Constant Intensive Practice that leads to Higher Spiritual Achievements. Of course, a person who participates in Intensive 2-3 Workshops every month for many years certainly manifests the Spirit of Abhyasin due to regular, constant participation in increasingly advanced Spiritual Practice!
SATKARA, i.e. Focusing, Concentration on what is happening, on what we say or do, is the basic method of Abhyasa – Constant Practice and the method of achieving Vairagyam, Unconditioning, Detachment from things, phenomena and habits! Satkāra is focusing on what is real and true on Sat, sticking to the truth, practising sincerity and sticking to what serves health and purification. Satkāra is undoubtedly a Concentration that allows you to act, work and fulfil specific tasks effectively and efficiently. Working focused is much more effective and efficient. Urgency, efficiency, authenticity, and credibility are signs of Focus. Strong concentration and focus in action allow you to break time and work in the rhythm of effective execution so that often and more often, the impossible becomes possible. Satkāra also means concentration, collecting everything needed to complete the task and achieve the goal. Satkāra, focusing even on performing simple everyday activities, is a very powerful practice of Abhyasins, which gives a lot of energy and multiplies strength according to the principle that the more you do, the more you can do! Satkāra, in action, purifies man from many infirmities, inability, and incapability to achieve Satkāra. Proper concentration means good contact with the surroundings, presence of mind and gathering strength and resources to complete the task and achieve our planned goals! Concentration simultaneously eliminates random and erroneous thoughts and impulses leading astray; Satkāra increases total Consciousness, VAIRAGYAM, and Freedom from attachments, conditionings and bondages.
Tannirodhah is the strong and certain achievement of non-production, non-birth of Negativity, Vṛtti in our Consciousness, and Constancy of Pursuit, Constancy of Practice, of Abhyasa, is an absolute condition for achieving Constancy, Peace of Self (Mind) free from negative psychic waves. We have many levels and ways of distinguishing what the Vṛtti, the negativities, are, but we know that they are erroneous beliefs and false views, belief in lies such as the virginity of Mary or the goodness of the papacy when the historical facts clearly say otherwise, erroneous judgments and opinions, fantasies that deviate from reality, everything unreal, bad interpretations of other people’s words and behaviour, nightmares and catastrophic dreams or dream visions, bad experiences from the past such as a difficult childhood, accidents, rapes, domestic violence, resentments towards parents or teachers at school, police and security violence, war traumas, parental drunkenness, birth syndrome and traumatic conception and pregnancy, which are also stored in subconscious cellular memory. Addictions, wonts and habits of a harmful or limiting nature also belong to the dirty Vṛtti. All these are harmful things imposed on people by evil demons or Vṛtra, as tares to the Field of human Consciousness, this is crap that tarnishes and defiles the Divine Self, Soul, Dṛshta! Tannirodhah is a level at which we can detect and interrupt any consciousness process before it develops and before we engage in it, we will no longer create or develop anything that we do not want or wish for. Achieving Abhyasa requires a Teacher experienced in Soul Therapy and a Guide to the interior of the human Self. Independent esoteric journeys usually end very badly, producing only sick and twisted individuals with the image of Great and Galactic Masters, unable to further learn and work on themselves, or unable to cooperate with other similar psychopaths with the image of grandiosity mania! GURU or AĆARYA are actually very good, experienced and effective therapists, doctors of human souls who can cleanse the Ćittam Consciousness of weeds and tares of the five-fold kind in two versions.
The experience of PURUSHAM, the Pure Soul, the Great Self is always the experience of the Unity of people, the Way beyond their characters and vices, and the level of Abhyasin, the level of Beings feeling unity and connection. Energy Unification, the Spirit of Reconciliation and unity accompanies all who achieve Purusha Consciousness and become Aware of Self, the Primal Nature of the Self, i.e. Svarupam as the Soul, PURUSHA as the Spiritual Community. Therefore, Abhyasin is a person who, although he is a regular practitioner himself, constantly working on himself is very willing to participate in all team and group activities of Practitioners in the Community of people. PURUSHAM is the Garden of the Soul, and the work of increasing Liberation is nice and pleasant for Abhyasin. The more Liberated and Freed from negativity a person is, the more he participates permanently in all group meetings and practices of the Sangha, the Spiritual Brotherhood! Energy Unification is a sign of the Awakening of the Soul Consciousness, Purusha, which is a long process for people. However, in the case of an Avatar, it usually lasts no longer than three days! Self-knowledge (Samjñā) is usually a sign of Concentration and embeddedness in the Witness Self, and it is a sign preceding the experience of PURUSHA, Pure Soul. With a little more effort, the Trainee will achieve the State of SAMPRAJÑATAH, which is not only Self-knowledge in the sense of understanding oneself but also the Understanding of the Soul Itself and its Prime Knowledge. Samprajñatah is Union with Truth, and the signs of this are Orderliness, Feeling, Bliss and Substantiation (Existence), as the Form or Symptom of achieving Samprajñata! The syllable Tah means cutting off all weeds, tares and errors in a decisive and determined way, but one must be firmly grounded in Samprajñatah. Vitarka is a state without chaos, a state of complete Internal Order and Simplicity of Thought. Vićara is a state of Feeling, Intuition, and Insight without emotion! Ananda is Bliss, a Happiness that a person experiences on his own, without external stimulation, and it is not easy for people to experience even one day happily. Ananda is the Sunny Serenity of the Spirit flowing from the Depth of the Soul and from the Unity with Brothers and Sisters on the Path and with the Guru. Anandam is, after all, a Bliss resulting from living in the Blessing flowing from God and Guru. Ananda or Śivanandam is Happiness coming from Life in the Grace of God and Guru, and this is often a sign very emphasised by all Teachers of Yoga, i.e. Esotericism and Hermeticism or Occultism, as Yoga is often called in the West.
Asmitārūpa is the form and shape of Existence, Being in the Body, Being in Form, or Being the Embodiment of I Am, the Existence. Asmitārūpa is the affirmation of life and Being Who We Are, the Awareness of Divine Existence. These four qualities, of which Vitarka, Order and Simplicity of Thoughts are the absolute basis, and Ordering of Knowledge, which is a natural consequence of this feature, constitute the foundation for Samprajñatah. Sam is Synthesis, Unification and Prajña is Primordial Knowledge, Primordial Wisdom. Therefore, it is the ability to Interdisciplinary Synthesis of Knowledge, and this is Mystical Gnosis (Gnosis; Gna=Zna=Jña), Truth. If we first achieve purification of Consciousness (Ćittam) from Vṛtti, then we free Consciousness from bondages and habits, conditions, and on the foundation of Vairagyam we build and open not only the Consciousness of the Viewer but also the Consciousness of the Soul, PURUSHAM, which gradually enters the level of manifestation of its Eternal Knowledge of Spiritual Wisdom.
The higher level of Samprajñatah is the cultivation of the Feeling, the Disappearance (Passing) of all events and phenomena, especially troublesome ones. VIRAMAPRATYAYA is the Great Practice of Yoga in which We Feel and Perceive everything as Passing, Fading, Coming to its End, and above all, what we want to Pass and End. It is Contemplating the impermanence of things, phenomena and situations and the transience of every shape and form of existence! This practice is called Strong Abhyasa and accelerates the completion of many matters, but also allows you to see a higher level of Eternal Wisdom. This Abhyasapurvah leads to the purification of the Reservoir of Seeds of Fate, to stop the course of karman growing from seeds, i.e. Samskaras! When new, uncomfortable relationships, situations or events appear, we direct all the strength and power of Consciousness to the Feeling of the Fading and Transience of the course of events. This speeds up the processes and allows you to part with an uncomfortable person, thing or situation painlessly. This practice also allows you to predict the course of events and avoid, stop, mitigate or eliminate many random events caused by Samskaras, and certainly endure them better and faster! Pratyaya is Sensing, Receiving, and Feeling with the Heart. Virama is Vanishing, Passing away. And an even higher degree, which is very important in LAYA YOGA, cultivates BHAVAPRATYAYAH, which is Receiving the Funny, Entertaining side of life and situations, but feeling something funny in misfortunes is certainly not easy to achieve! It is the practice of looking for and receiving the good side of events and situations, which does not mean we do not see and accept the bad. This only means that we contemplate the good side of the coin, the fun and joyful side, and do not focus too much on what is bad and not good. When we can be happy that others are happy about our blunder or slip-up, then we are definitely close to Bhavapratyayah! This is a practice worth recommending to those interested in out-of-body experiences, because it leads to Incorporeality and the Dissolution of Material Bonds, and PRAKṚTILAYANAM is the Full Vehicle of Layas.
We can say that this third level of embedding in Truth is the beginning of Proper Laya Yoga, or better yet, the Laya Vehicle as we say Layanam, i.e. Laya plus Yana plus Namah! Laya is the Wisdom at the basis of the Dissolution and Transformation of PRAKṚTI, i.e. the Substance, the Prime Matter of Creation. Then Awareness beyond Form or Shape, Disembodied Consciousness, awakens. We perceive living forms of being as the Play of Matter, Prime-matter and we are not attached to our corporeality (Deha), and Freedom from Form, Vairagyam from Prime-matter, Forms and Bodies is the gateway to the third degree of Synthetic Eternal Knowledge (Samiprajñatah).
The fourth and last Chamber of Primordial Wisdom to be conquered by Abhyasin is Knowledge, the Concentration of Light, which is reached by cultivating ŚRADDHA, VIRYA and SMṚTI, with your whole Soul and whole Heart. Śraddha is Trust and Faith, Virya is Effort, Energy, and Power of Breakthrough, and Smṛti is Memory, and of course, Soul Memory, PURUSHAM! We cultivate trust in ourselves, which is faith in our own strengths and possibilities, as well as faith and trust in God, Guru, Community and Correct Teaching. Virya is life energy, activity, and commitment because Virya is the will and the power to act! Smṛti is Remembering the Purusham, and at least the Viewer, the Witness at the beginning of reaching the Depth of the Soul. Smṛti is Remembering Knowledge and Wisdom, Who We Are, and Where We Are Going. Smṛti is remembering your Soul Purpose so that you never lose it again! Samadhiprajña is an Ecstatic, Peaceful Concentration in the Supreme Light of Eternal Knowledge. This is Divine Wisdom, the Knowledge of God that we achieve through Faith. We speed up the entire process of realising Abhyasa through Sharply powerful Sitting, i.e. through longer and more intense Practice on a constant basis! Sharp, intense practice is a sign of a person who will probably see results faster than others, and Mahaṛshi Patañjali says that practising people have three rhythms of practising Abhyasa, which are Weak (Slow), Medium (Average) and Maximum Intensity, which translates into reducing the time required for practice results by half. What Adhimatrin achieves in Twelve years, Madhyamin will achieve in twenty-four years, and the sluggish Mṛduin in 48 years. If the results appear after three years for some people, for weaker people in practice, it takes 6 or 12 years. We must always remember this rhythm of intensity in Spiritual Practice if we want to move towards the Perfection that is Iśvara, God.
It is difficult to achieve the results of YOGA without proper practice, and if somewhere in the so-called Euro yoga or yoga therapy one cannot see the instructions presented here in practice, these are fraudulent and false systems that are intended to mislead people and lead them astray. This YOGA lecture is universal in that the schools of Yoga in the Twelve Vehicles differ only in the emphasis on what more pressure is put or the methodology of the system. Still, the general outline of the framework of the foundations of practice outlined here is the same. Laya Yoga practices thoroughly with Bhavanapratayayah and with Videha or Prakṛtilayanam, which is understandable, and Raja Yoga places greater emphasis on the process of Śraddha, Virya, Smṛti and Samadhiprajñam! This is because it is the Yoga of Light, Uroyoga, in its essence. Hatha Yoga provides more variety and sequences of Asanas, whereas other systems use only a few necessary, important Body Positions. Let these tips be your guide on the Path of Yoga, and whenever you read this Signpost of the Soul, God will bless you! The author has passed the Path and achieved Yoga Om Namaśśivayah!
